Emily Bauer has joined Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab as its new development Associate.
Emily attended Arcadia University near Philadelphia and the Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy. She completed a major in International Business and Culture and is passionate about using cross cultural strategy and branding to make business more community orientated.
She has a marketing and research background, having previously worked at English Riding Supply as a Marketing administrator.
In her role, Bauer will support the director of development/foundation by identifying and tracking major donors among individuals, corporations and foundations, analyzing donor information, developing creative promotional materials and providing administrative support to all fund-development activities.
“Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab has been incredibly supportive and caring on both a professional and personal level, and I love the mission here,” she said.
Emily was born and raised in Harveys Lake near Wilkes-Barre.
