Twenty-three creative scarecrows competed in Clarks Summit this season, decorating storefronts and sidewalks.

This year’s Scarecrows of Clarks Summit Contest drew 2,800 votes — a record turnout. Residents and visitors filled the streets to admire each display and cast their votes for their favorites.

2025 Winners:

First Place: Northeast Title & Tag

Second Place: Sanderson State Street Salon

Third Place: The Hair Shop Salon

Participating businesses included Café No. 27, Classic Properties, Clel’s Salon, Everything Natural, The Fox Hole Salon, Golden Coast, Goodwill NEPA, The Hair Shop, La Chic Boutique by Kim, Modern Vintage Home, Northeast Title & Tag, PA American Water, Parabello, PS Bank, Pure Suds Co., Sanderson Salon, Silverspoon Diner, State Farm Insurance, The Gathering Place, The Welsh Tea Shoppe, Tully’s Good Times, White’s Craft Fudge, and Wink & Lash Artistry.

The contest, hosted by the Abington Business & Professional Association (ABPA), celebrates the creativity, collaboration, and small businesses that make Clarks Summit such a special place to live, work, and visit.
