S. ABINGTON TWP. — Baptist Bible Seminary will welcome author, speaker and pastor Crawford Loritts to the campus of Clarks Summit University on Tuesday, Sept. 19, for a chapel and interactive lunch. The public is invited to join the student body for this educational experience to engage with a dynamic pastor of this generation.

Loritts will speak at 10 a.m. at chapel in the university’s Recreation Center, followed by a lunch and question and answer session at 11:15 a.m. in the cafeteria of Phelps Student Center. The event is free, although registration is required. Lunch is $7.50 per person, which is payable at the cafeteria door.

Loritts has preached throughout the U.S., Caribbean, Asia, Canada, South America, Africa and parts of Europe. He has been the featured speaker at Super Bowls, NCAA Final Four chapel and the Pentagon with senior military officers.

Loritts wrote eight books, including the newly released “Unshaken.” He is senior pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia.

He received degrees from Biola University, Cairn University, Moody Bible Institute, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Columbia International University. He holds several board positions, including member of the board of directors for Cru. He is a visiting professor at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and host of two national radio programs, “Living a Legacy” and “Legacy Moments.”

Loritts and his wife Karen are featured speakers at Family Life Marriage Conferences and co-authors of “Developing Character in Your Child.” They have four married children and 10 grandchildren.
