Lackawanna County employees provide support for Puerto Rico

The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented the Northeastern Pennsylvania American Red Cross office with a check to help Puerto Rico, which was hit hard by the recent wave of hurricanes. Over $365 was raised through a countywide employee dress-down day conducted in mid-November.
