Stan Chotkowski appointed executive director at Keystone Community Resources

CLARKS SUMMIT — Stan Chotkowski was appointed executive director at Keystone Community Resources, (KCR). He has a Bachelor of Science Criminal Justice and Psychology from Mansfield University and a Masters in Health Care Administration. He joined KCR in 2009 as a residential director and, during his nine years at KCR, he excelled in several leadership roles.

In his new executive role, he will directly oversee the KCR Residential Directors Team, KCR Clinical Department, and KCR Health Services Department. He is committed to overseeing the continued growth of KCR’s 60 group homes dedicated to serving people with intellectual disabilities and autism in Lackawanna, Luzerne and Wyoming Counties.

He will also oversee the future growth of Keystone Independent Living, (KIL). KIL Supports Coordination Services helps individuals with development disabilities access services in their homes and community throughout New Jersey.
