CLARKS SUMMIT — The Penn State Master Gardeners in Lackawanna County will give an early spring lesson, “Starting Seeds,” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 at The Abington Community Library, 1200 West Grove St.
Participants can learn how to save money and get a head start on the season by growing their own plants from seeds.
