SCRANTON — North Pocono Public Library will host a 4-H Information Event for parents and youth, ages 5-18, interested in learning about Lackawanna County 4-H Programs, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 24.
4-H is the youth development program of Penn State Cooperative Extension that fosters citizenship and leadership through a variety of learning experiences.
