Inaugural Scranton Founder’s Day, noon to 4 p.m., April 28, at Scranton Half Marathon Pavilion, Olive Street Trailhead. The four-hour event will be a walk through the history of Scranton from its humble beginnings as Slocum Hollow to its growth into the Electric City.
