GLENBURN TWP. — The Church of the Epiphany will show its appreciation for the contributions its young people have made as part of the worship celebration at the 11 a.m. service Sunday, June 10.
While youth members of the church serve every week as acolytes and scripture readers, at this service they will take responsibility for ushering, acolyting, scripture reading and even the sermon which will be written and delivered by graduating senior Nathan Whitney.
During the service, recognition will be given to Sunday School students and their teachers, the acolytes, youth readers, choir members and young people who assisted with the Vacation Bible School last year. The Lawrence D. Ketchum Memorial Scholarship will be presented to graduating seniors.
