Abington Heights High School NOCTI Auto and Masonry students received certifications in their appropriate field of study. A student must score an advanced level on both the multiple choice and performance components of the test to be eligible for the Pennsylvania Skill Certificate. The Pennsylvania Certificate of Competency will be awarded to students scoring at the competent or advanced level on both the multiple choice and performance components.
