<p>The Scranton Chapter of UNICO installed a new president, other officers and members of the board in the first face-to-face gathering since the onset of COVID-19. The new president is Ann Genett, third from right, a supervisor of special education with the Scranton School District. Dr. Frank DeFrank, third from left, National President of UNICO, administered the oath of office. Ann Genett is the fifth woman president of the chapter and the second of two back to back women presidents. Proudly standing with Ann are her family are, from left, sister-in-law Kathy, brother Marty, Dr. DeFrank, President Genett, niece Anna and niece Casey Genett.</p>
