CLARKS SUMMIT – The community welcomed the new owners of Everything Natural, Guy and Gabby Fasciana, during the first-ever Summer Kickoff Party on Saturday, June 17.

The Clarks Summit couple, who purchased the business on 426 S. State St. from former owner Neil Persad on May 16, had store-wide sales, live music and free samples inside the store. The event was in conjunction with downtown’s Summit Summer Solstice, in which businesses had sidewalk sales.

Also, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony outside Everything Natural at noon.

Before acquiring Everything Natural, Guy was a pharmacy manager at Rite Aid in West Pittston. He has been looking into holistic medicine for the last seven to eight years.

Guy and Gabby plan to bring community gatherings back to Everything Natural.

“We’d like to host quarterly events maybe some health fairs, open houses where different vendors come in and showcase their products and services they offer,” Guy said. “We’d also do a summer party like this every year as well where we’d have local farms and other local businesses come in.”

Gabby added that she and Guy are looking to build Everything Natural’s online presence so that customers can buy products through the internet.

“That’s something in the future that we’re going to work on,” she said.

New to Everything Natural, Guy and Gabby formed a partnership with CADIA, an up-and-coming line of high-quality, organic and wellness products at low prices.

“I really think that’s going to be really helpful to people who might want to go organic but feel like it’s not affordable,” said Gabby.
