The New Shoe Store Plus has opened its fifth location next to Gerrity’s in the Summit Square Plaza in Clarks Summit. The store is family owned and has been in business for 30 years. Bob and Ann Anderson opened the first location in Tunkhannock in 1988, followed by a second location in Towanda. The Andersons’ daughter Mauri Conner and her husband Kevin Conner have continued on with the family business and have opened three more locations (Montrose, Susquehanna and Clarks Summit) in the past four years.
