WAVERLY — The Waverly Community House, 1115 North Abington Road, announces its newest art exhibit at the Waverly Small Works Gallery, located in the south wing of The Comm. “Inner Universe,” as the exhibit is titled, features the art work of Kathy Fallon, first-place winner of the gallery’s 2017 fall show.

The exhibit will open Friday, April 27 with an artist’s reception from 6 to 8 p.m. in the gallery. Please stop by for a look at this show, meet and talk with the artist, see the potential of The Comm’s new gallery, and support art in our area.

The exhibit will be open to visitors of The Comm’s annual Greenhouse & Kitchen Show which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 28 and will remain on display at the gallery through Saturday, May 19. Exhibition gallery hours are Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday through Friday by appointment at 570-586-8191. This event is free and open to the public.

The gallery’s mission is to provide a place for artists to show their works, to promote art appreciation in the community and to encourage and hearten the human spirit through visual arts.
