The Susquehanna County CTC has once again successfully sold a student-built house as the fourth Student-Built House Project has been completed. Students were given the opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and hard work to the community at an Open House in May. The home that was designed and constructed by the building trades students is a vinyl and stone, three-bedroom home with 2,100 square feet. The project took approximately two full school years to complete. From the setting of the concrete walls for the basement to the finishing work throughout the house, students got to experience hands-on all aspects of the building process and see what a career in the building trades will entail.
