Free Introduction to Fly Fishing program, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 21 at the Lackawanna State Park. The course, provided by the PA Fish and Boat Commission, is designed for families and individuals interested in learning the basics of fly fishing equipment, casting techniques and on water skills.
