The seventh annual Field of Dreams baseball doubleheader has been rescheduled from June 16 to June 30.
With a rainy forecast for Sunday, the decision was made Saturday to postpone the senior all-star games at PNC Field between the Wyoming Valley Conference and the Lackawanna League.
The leagues will meet in a small school game at 1:30 p.m, followed by a big school game at 4 p.m.
Lackawanna County officials have also scheduled the first Field of Dreams Softball All-Star Game for June 23 at 5:30 at the University of Scranton’s Magis Field.
No players from Abington Heights or Lackawanna Trail are part of the first softball game, which will feature Lackawanna League players only in a big school vs. small school format.
