Signing Santa, 6 to 7 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Abington Community Library. Come and meet Santa, who will tell a story in American Sign Language. Refreshments will be served. Holiday Camp, 9:30 to 11 a.m. Dec. 27, 28 and 29 at the Dietrich Theater. For ages 5-12. Instructors: Amy and Steve Colley. Experience the arts during holiday break, with the opportunity to throw pots on a potter’s wheel, create sculptures and explore drawing and painting. Cost: $35. Info/register: 570-996-1500.

Winter Break Nature Camp, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 27 to 29 at the Lackawanna College Environmental Education Center in Covington Township. For children ages 6-13.
