Keystone College won its first three matches of the women’s volleyball season, all at home and all in a span of less than 24 hours.

The Giants outlasted Wilkes University in a night match Aug. 30, 25-19, 23-25, 25-20, 18-25, 16-14.

Keystone swept Rutgers-Newark in three sets the next morning and Goucher College that afternoon.

Taylor Hallam had 11 kills against Wilkes while Adrianna Derrick added 10 and Sofia Green nine.

Catie Woolf had 30 digs.

Keystone topped Rutgers-Newark by set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-21.

Green had nine kills while Hallam and Kaliyah Brown had eight.

Keystone beat Goucher, 25-12, 25-18, 25-16.

Woolf had 14 digs and five service aces. Tobi West had 21 assists.

MEN’S SOCCER

King’s College broke away from a scoreless tie at halftime to defeat Keystone College, 3-0, in an Aug. 30 season opener.

WOMEN’S SOCCER

Anya Chervak scored three times in the first 12 minutes to lead King’s College past Keystone College, 12-0, in a Sept. 1 opener.

King’s led 9-0 at halftime.

MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY

Corey Scochin placed 91st and Ryan Semon 99th out of 104 finishers in the Misericordia Invitational Aug. 30.

WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY

Marleigh Adams finished 79th out of 88 at the Misericordia Invitational Aug. 30.
