Keystone College’s Student Activities recently sponsored a service project on campus in the Hibbard Campus Center. Keystone students assembled sleeping bags for the homeless in conjunction with the Hop Bottom-based My Brother’s Keeper Quilt Group and its Sleeping Bag Project. My Brother’s Keeper Quilt Group is an organization made up of individuals and groups desiring to help the homeless by making simple sleeping bags from recycled fabrics and distributing them free to the homeless. Keystone students helped in assembling and distributing the sleeping bags to individuals and organizations throughout the region.
