Announcement is made of the engagement and upcoming wedding of Miss Macy McRaney of Winter Garden, Florida and Mr. Jerry Langan Jr., formally of Chinchilla.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Will H. McRaney Jr., Winter Garden, Florida.
She is a graduate of Furman University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Macy was a four-year member of the Furman women’s golf team which finished the 2017 year ranked seventh nationally. She currently lives and works in Greenville, South Carolina.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. Jerry M. Langan Sr., Chinchilla and Ms. Sandy DeSanto Langan, of Dickson City.
He is a graduate of Abington Heights High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Furman University, where he played football during his four years there. He currently lives and works in Greenville, South Carolina as a sales representative for NET3 Technology.
The couple met at Furman University during their freshman year and will wed at 6 p.m. Oct. 14 at Daniel Chapel on the Furman campus in Greenville, South Carolina.
