The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented Certificates of Recognition to Deputy Sheriff Dave Pascolini and Cpl. Brenda Goosley for their dedicated service to the Sheriff’s Office. Pascolini has served for 40 years in the Office’s Civil Division, and Goosley has worked for 44 years in the Civil Division, where she serves as the division’s Supervisor. The honorees were joined at the ceremony by Sheriff Mark McAndrew and several of their colleagues. Pictured are, from left: Lt. John Padula, Jr., Chief Deputy John Tigue, Cpl.
