Cub Scout Pack 251 hosted a free recruitment event called “Close Encounters with the Bird of Prey.” It was held at the Clarks Green United Methodist Chuch on Sunday, June 25. The Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center brought birds, mammals and reptiles that were taken in after being either orphaned or injured. They explain the survival adaptation skills to the scouts.
