Andrew Kettel announced his resignation as Keystone College men’s basketball coach in a March 19 post on his Facebook account.
The Clarks Green resident and Abington Heights graduate led the Giants to a 13-11 record in 2024-25 and a 24-26 mark in his two seasons as head coach.
Kettel described it as a “difficult decision,” and expressed his thanks to Keystone and its program.
“I realize that I want to prioritize being there for my children at their games and events,” Kettel posted.
Kettel came to Keystone after going 202-56 with eight District 2 championships in 10 seasons as Scranton Prep head coach and 279-127 overall as a high school coach, including six seasons at Lackawanna Trail.
