The Abington Heights girls soccer team advanced to the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class 3A state quarterfinals before having its season end.
The Lady Comets finished 19-3-1 in a season that included a Lackawanna League Division 1 title, a District 2 championship and a first-round state tournament win.

Lilia Calvert had a hand in every goal as the Lady Comets won on the road over the District 4 champs Nov. 4.
Calvert had four goals and two assists.
Abington Heights scored four times in the first half.
