CLARKS SUMMIT — From Friday evening’s parade to Sunday afternoon’s firemen’s ice carving competition, the weekend was packed with frozen fun for the 22nd Annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice. The event, themed “The American Dream: Carved in Ice,” was presented by the Abington Business and Professional Association and sponsored by various local businesses and organizations. It featured dozens of ice sculptures displayed throughout the downtown, live ice carvings, live music, family activities, and more.
